Catering Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation
- The final number of guests must be confirmed no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
- Late bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due date indicated on the invoice date prior to the event.
- Any additional charges incurred during the event (e.g., extra food or services) will be billed immediately after the event, with payment due within 7 days.
- We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer and in house over the counter.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged 10% of the total invoice.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged the full amount.
4. Numbers and Dietary Requirements
- The final numbers must be confirmed by 7 days prior to the event.
- We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies if informed in advance.
- Any last-minute changes may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.
5. Service Staff and Equipment
- Any additional services, such as extra staff, specialty equipment, or rentals, will be charged separately.
- Breakages or losses of equipment hired for the event will be charged at replacement cost.
6. Delivery and Set-Up
- Delivery, set-up, and collection charges will be included in the final invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Access to the venue must be provided at least 2 hours prior to the event for proper setup.
- Any delays caused by the venue or client that result in extra labor will be charged accordingly.
7. Event Timings
- The client agrees to adhere to the event start and end times as specified in the contract.
- Additional time required beyond the agreed hours may be charged at an overtime rate.
8. Liability and Insurance
- We take no responsibility for any food allergies or intolerances unless informed in writing before the event.
- The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property caused by third-party vendors or attendees.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets all health and safety regulations.
9. Force Majeure
- The company will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations if the event is canceled or delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for ensuring the event venue is ready for catering services and complies with local laws and regulations.
- If alcohol is served, the client assumes responsibility for managing consumption and ensuring legal compliance.
- Any damage caused to catering equipment or personnel by the client or guests will result in additional charges.
11. Agreement
- By confirming a booking the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges or the cancellation of services.
